Day 1 Hanoi
  1.  Welcome to Hanoi - Bat Trang ceramic village | Overnight : Hanoi         

    Early arrive in Hanoi. Pick-up at airport. Transfer to visit the Bat Trang ceramic village known for producing high-quality ceramics and see how this pottery is made by hand. You’ll have the opportunity to participate in a workshop crafting your own piece or shop for something to take home with you. Back to hotel. Check-in time: 14.00. Early check-in is subject to availability and not included. At leisure. Evening enjoy water puppet show – a Vietnamese unique art performance of life of Vietnamese farmers, communal entertainment or historical legends

Day 2 Hanoi

Hanoi  | B | Overnight: Hanoi

This full day tour offers you  Hanoi’s most interesting sights, including the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, House-on-Stilts and the One Pillar Pagoda followed by  Quan Thanh Temple and  Tran Quoc pagoda, the oldest pagoda originally constructed in the sixth century.   Afternoon you visit the Temple of Literature, Vietnam Women Museum then having a walk around the Sword Lake and visit Ngoc Son Temple. Back to hotel. At leisure. Evening free to join in Hanoi night market in the Old Quarter.

 

Day 3 Hanoi - Shuttle bus

 Shuttle bus Hanoi - Halong Bay | B - L - D | Overnight: Cruises

08:30 Pick-up at the meeting point. Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay via the Red River Delta.

12.15 Boarding our boat at Tuan Chau Port – enjoy welcome drink, receive cruise briefing

and safety instructions.

13.15 Passengers enjoy the deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu Lunch.

Massage service is available ( extra cost) after lunch and throughout the cruise. Please book in advance with your Cruise Manager.

14.00 Cruise through Halong Bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet areas including

Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Finger Islet.

16.00 Arrive at Surprise Cave - one of the most spectacular and largest grottoes of

Halong Bay. The mouth of the grotto is reached by ascending about a hundred stone steps.

17.30 Depart and sail for about 30 minutes to anchor overnight.

18.30 Attend the Fruit and Vegetable Carving Lesson led by our Head Chef. During the

lesson, the chef will conduct Fruit and Vegetable carving, showing the guests how

we decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.

19.30 Dinner is served.

20.45 Evening activities. Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available, as well as

massage service (massage service is extra cost and available throughout the cruise). Also, everyone can try their luck at squid fishing on the boat with help from the crew.

21.00 Happy Hour! Buy one drink – get one free (wine by the bottle excluded).

23.00 Have a good night.

 

Day 4 Shuttle bus - Halong bay

Shuttle bus Halong Bay – HCMC | Brunch | Overnight: Hanoi

06.30 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.

06.45 Enjoy Tai Chi lesson on the sundeck (lasting for about 30 minutes).

07.45 Guests are transferred by tender to the Titov Island. About one hour is spent on the

island, allowing time to climb to the peak for a breathtaking 360 degree view of the Bay (there is also an expansive viewing deck half way up). After the climb, there is time left to relax on the beach and have a swim.

09.00 Upon returning to the boat, guests will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish

packing. Please collect all of your belongings from the cabins and leave heavy luggage outside the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).

09.30 Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room. Bills are settled after breakfast.

Relax on the sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.

11.00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port. Drive to Hanoi. Private transfer to airport for flight to HCMC. Pick-up and transfer to hotel. Check-in. At leisure.

 

Day 5 Cu Chi Tunnels

In the morning you drive to visit the famous Cu Chi Tunnels.  This underground complex is a must-see when you are in HCMC.  You are invited to crawl around in the safer parts of the tunnel system or try a shooting range where you can fire a number of assault rifles, such as the M16 rifle or AK-47, as well as a light machine gun like the M60. Back to HCMC. Afternoon you visit some famous attractions such as Reunification Palace, Municipal Theatre, City Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral and the War Remnants Museum and end up at the Ben Thanh market, the city’s biggest market.  Evening free to explore HCMC.  

 

Day 6 Mekong Delta excursion

Mekong Delta Excursion | B | Overnight: HCMC

Meet your guide at hotel for a transfer to My Tho, the gateway to the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival you take a motor-boat to explore the Thoi Son islet, one of the four famous islets. Enjoy the “Southern Vietnamese folk music”, a very common art activity in the Mekong Delta performed by local people. Following a village path passing local houses to visit some family-run coconut candy mills then you take a horse-cart from village to village. Time to get in touch and learn more about local people living and culture. Rejoin your car for transfer back to HCMC.

 

Day 7 Ho chi /minh city

 Depart Ho Chi Minh city | B

Breakfast at hotel. Visit the Bitexco Finacial Tower. Time for souvenir shopping at the Vincom Center. Transfer to International airport for your flight home. Have a good journey. Thanks for joining us.
